ceramics for teens— meets tuesday evenings each month!

students will explore a different theme while learning ceramic hand-building techniques with artist & instructor Allison Taylor. This is a great class for both the beginner and experienced artist!

Students will create functional & nonfunctional art using slab construction, clay pinching methods, coil technique, and texture design. See the beauty of the final results as your pieces come out of the kiln.

Students will build with clay in week 1-3 and learn how to glaze their artwork in week 4. All artworks will be fired in our offsite kiln and pickups will be scheduled 1-3 weeks after the last class of the month. If you are interested but unsure, we offer a tryout class in week 1 or 2 each month. See details below. Please email the instructor directly for any questions.
