Studio ACE is pleased to once again partner with Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad for Family Day: Patterns in Music— a fun family event that explores and combines visual and musical patterns.
From 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM drop by and create your own drum with Studio ACE! Participants are invited to make a maraca or a drum and then let their artistry run wild designing unique visual patterns on the body of the drum.
From 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Classics4Kids will present their program, “Patterns in Music.” With music from a variety of genres, students learn about patterns in beat, rhythm, and form and see how patterns play a role in many other subjects like mathematics, language arts, and science! Kids will be invited to play along with their newly created drum!
Date: Sunday, July 21
Time: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
Where: Museum of Making Music, 5790 Armada Drive, Carlsbad, CA
Fee: $10 per family
